For select Dynapar and NorthStar encoder products, some repairs may be performed by the customer. Refer to your maintenance and repair kit and available instructions for assistance. More complicated repairs, however, must be performed directly at our encoder manufacturing facility.
To initiate a Returned Material Authorization (RMA), simply fill out our RMA Request Form and one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you and provide you with complete RMA # and shipping instructions typically within 24 hours of submitting your form.
